FARM SPIRIT CULTURE

WE WANT TO TAKE A MINUTE TO TELL YOU ABOUT OUR COMPANY CULTURE BECAUSE THE THINGS THAT WE WORK EVERY DAY TO HONOR, HAVE A LARGE BEARING ON WHO WE BRING ONTO OUR STAFF. OUR COLLECTVE INTENTION IS TO PROVIDE MORE THAN JUST A MEAL. ITS IMPORTANT, AS A COMMUNITY, TO HAVE A THIRD SPACE - A PLACE TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AROUND FOOD. WE KEEP A LARGE FOCUS ON SUSTAINABILITY, FOOD JUSTICE, AND AN ANTI FOOD WASTE MENTALITY, HONORING WHAT THE EARTH PROVIDES AND THE HUMANS WHO TEND TO FEEDING THE WORLD. (KNOW YOUR FARMERS!) WE DO ALL OF OUR OWN BUTCHERING AND SOURCING BECAUSE WE FEEL THAT HAVING AN INTIMATE KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD AND THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS THAT WE ARE SHARING WITH YOU IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD WE SERVE IS EQUALLY AS IMPORTANT TO US AS QUALITY OF THE COMPANY WE KEEP. THIS TEAM IS FAMILY AND WE WOULDN'T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY. HAVING LIKEMINDED PEOPLE ON BOARD, WHO CHALLENGE OLD BELIEFS AND PUSH THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NORM TO CREATE NEW SPACES,

 CREATES A CULTURE OF FUCK YES ENERGY.
